Vetting and Screening
Our vetting procedure entails a 5 year telephone vet followed by a full 10 year screening process to verify applicants’ whereabouts and suitability, and to confirm that the information they have provided is correct. This includes contacting previous employers by telephone to request confirmation by fax or letter of the applicant’s information and toverify the suitability of each applicant. Candidates are asked to supply a proof of address, passport or driving licence, and a subject access certificate (or equivalent depending upon their country of residence) to prove that they do not have a criminal record. Once all of this documentation is checked and verified the candidate’s employment is confirmed.
Deployment
To help ensure candidates, both temporary and permanent, are as effective and productive as possible from the moment they start work, we will brief them thoroughly prior to starting work. This will include providing the employee with brief training on your company history, culture, mission and processes. We find that this training enables the employee to have an immediate knowledge of you company which also helps them to integrate into your team with ease.
Transport
If required we can collect and transport all staff to their place off work by our own highly trained drivers using our fleet of modern mini coaches. Coupled with this we also have stand-by transport available at all times, allowing us to deliver extra staff at short notice, permitting Octavian to be immediately receptive to the needs of our clients.
