Octavian Security carries the innovation, pedigree and resources to bring exclusive and first-class services to our valuable local, national and international clients.  We specialise in providing bespoke security manned guarding and related services, which are tailored to the clients needs.

 

Our Security guards are at the forefront of our business and it is imperative that Octavian Security employs the best people to represent the company’s values, beliefs and aspirations.

 

At Octavian we promote a caring work environment for our valued staff, recognising that they are one of the most significant elements of our operation. We are dedicated to the welfare of our work force which is why we have a HR department entirely focused on staff-related issues. Our Management team is also approachable at all times which is essential for the performance of the business.

 

Security staff have a ‘24 hour’ duty supervisor to support them with any issues or concerns. We operate a 24 hour control centre for officers to report to during shifts and employees will receive guaranteed set working hours each and every week. We ensure all of our contracted sites have excellent onsite welfare facilities.

 

We ensure a regular uniform is issued to all staff, together with specific site equipment. We promote performance related rewards whereby ‘effort will not go unrecognised’. Opportunities are always open for promotions and pay rises as our main aim is to assist you in developing with the company, which in turn assists us.

Regular training and assessment is essential in our industry today. Octavian will assist every step of the way to get you trained and certified to the governing body standards. We provide unbeatable support in licensing arrangements through our in-house training team. Assistance in vocational courses is also provided.
