Octavian Group offers full CCTV installation and remote monitoring to enhance our security services package.
These services can either be used to
compliment our current manned guarding provision on your site or
provide a completely new state-of-the-art, technical package to protect
properties and assets 24 hours a day.
Remote CCTV monitoring provides the opportunity to reduce manned
guarding costs whilst maintaining your security cover. In some cases it
can provide greater site coverage and instant response when the
premises are illegally entered.
By including an audio link and/or microphone, we have the ability to
warn intruders that their unauthorised presence is being monitored and
recorded, stopping crime before it occurs, preventing damage and
losses.
This facility also enables communication
with site-based staff, offering remote access and egress
control to you site. Your site(s) can be managed
remotely. From our National Control/Remote Monitoring Centre,
we can open and close access points, control lighting, heating and
verify visitor’s identification. It can also provide your
management staff with live visual access to their sites via a laptop or
PC.
Our advanced system can be used with existing CCTV cameras with
pictures being relayed to our Monitoring Centre by ISDN telephone line.
Pictures can be sent anytime, either continuously or when the
site’s alarm system is activated by an intruder triggering
motion detectors. The choice is up to you.
We ensure a guaranteed response from either the police or a fully
trained security officer within 15 minutes of an incident. Response
times would be calculated for each new site at the beginning of the
contract.
