This is an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take the reins of pursuing new business leads across all our business channels. You will be responsible for researching and identifying new business client leads and contacting them for new any business opportunities to help drive revenue growth . Our Lead Generator role is a very important role within the business as it’s engagement with our clients and assisting them with key service requirements.  The role may involve investigating new tender portals and preferred suppliers’ listings. The successful candidate will have good communication and listening skills, highly sales driven, able to manage targets & goals for sales to help push our services across the UK. They must also be a key team player and maintain relationships with clients from 1st contact point for excellent customer service experience for any new or existing client service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business leads for opportunities in the industry across the UK.
- Maintain Targets, KPI’s & Goals set by the business.
- Work closely with head office team to ensure successful delivery of any new service requirements including new client on boarding.
- Conduct any market research and analyse industry trends for new growth opportunities.
- Being the 1st point of contact of Octavian & representing the company’s brand.
- Work closely with reporting line Manager / Lead to help grow the group business channels for all services.
Skills and Attributes:
- Use of sales and marketing tools.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, any sales analysis software.
- Excellent communication skills, managing workload, self-motivated for planning, detail orientated.
- Good knowledge of sales cycle (Not essential).
- Ability to problem solve and identify solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and planning skills for day-to-day activities, with good attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media services to effectively promote the company’s services.
