Job Title: Temporary HR Assistant (Cover)
Location: Bingham Head Office
Contract: Temporary (approx. 4 weeks)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Temporary HR Assistant to provide essential cover in our HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience or someone that is looking for experience in HR field. Someone who is confident in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth service for both managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting company with administrative tasks, including updating employee records and documentation.

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, reviewing CVs, and arranging interviews.

  • Coordinating new starter paperwork and supporting onboarding processes.

  • Helping with absence management, holiday tracking, and payroll queries.

  • Preparing HR correspondence such as contracts, letters, and reports.

  • Providing general support to the HR team as required.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office
