Job Title: Temporary HR Assistant (Cover)
Location: Bingham Head Office
Contract: Temporary (approx. 4 weeks)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Temporary HR Assistant to provide essential cover in our HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience or someone that is looking for experience in HR field. Someone who is confident in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth service for both managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting company with administrative tasks, including updating employee records and documentation.
Assisting with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, reviewing CVs, and arranging interviews.
Coordinating new starter paperwork and supporting onboarding processes.
Helping with absence management, holiday tracking, and payroll queries.
Preparing HR correspondence such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Providing general support to the HR team as required.
About You
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Confident using Microsoft Office
