Anyone is welcome to refer new commercial opportunities to Octavian.
How do I spot an opportunity?
Opportunities can arise when a business is reviewing suppliers, planning for growth, facing service issues, and seeking better value or support. This includes ad hoc assistance or when existing contracts are ending. If you hear of challenges in areas Octavian serves, such as facilities, compliance, or service delivery, this could be a great referral.
Do I need to register first?
No registration is needed, just submit your referral under one of the 4 categories: Security, Facilities Management, IT & Cybersecurity or Remote Services.
What if I have multiple referrals across categories?
That’s great! Simply submit each one separately under the relevant category.
What rewards are offered?
Rewards vary by category and may include cash, vouchers; or in some cases, a percentage of the contract value.
Does the referred business receive anything?
Yes. Depending on the category, they may receive invoice credits or complimentary support.
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are issued once the referred business becomes an Octavian client, usually within 30 days of the signed agreement or the client going live.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No limit. You can refer as many qualified opportunities as you like.
How can I earn the highest referrer rewards for the Security Category & Facilities Management Category?
To earn the highest rewards in the Security Category and Facilities Management Category, focus on referring businesses with larger contracts, more hours billed, and higher service values. The reward amount will vary based on these factors. (Maximum Reward: £2,000 for the Security Category and £1,000 for the Facilities Management Category).
Do rewards change over time?
Yes. Rewards are updated quarterly, so check our website regularly for the latest rewards and offers.
What if the referral doesn’t lead to a client?
If the referred business doesn’t become a client, no reward will be issued.
What if I don’t have all the referral details?
No problem. If you’re missing some information, our team will work to fill in the gaps based on what you provide. That said, the strongest referrals are those where the contact has been informed and is expecting a call from us.
